5. RAISE ORGANIC HOGS ( 1 hour )
A. Given the necessary tools, materials, equipment and facility provided
to you, you are required to perform the following tasks in accordance ● Selecting of healthy hogs
with the set performance criteria in evidence plan ● Determine suitable site for hogs
● Feeds hogs
1. RAISE ORGANIC CHICKEN ( 1 hour ) ● Selecting hog finisher
● Implementing sanitation and cleanliness
● Perform selection of healthy chicks
● Secure and prepare bedding materials
● Prepare feed materials 6. RAISE ORGANIC SMALL RUMINANTS ( 1 hour )
● Health care program
● Selecting of healthy small ruminants
2. PRODUCE ORGANIC VEGETABLES ( 1 hour ) ● Manage breeding of small ruminants
● Implement sanitation and cleanliness
● Selection of seeds ● Determine in heat female small ruminant
● Land preparation activities ● Grow and harvest small ruminants
● Perform water management
● Perform applying organic fertilizer
● Perform harvest and post-harvest B. The assessment shall be based on the units of competency in the
Training Regulations. Evidences shall be gathered through
demonstration, observation and oral questioning.
