Melt margarine
Stir in flour to make a roux, cook for 1 minute
Whisk in warmed milk and stir till thick, add
parsley.

8oz self-raising flour
8oz margarine
8oz caster sugar

Instructions
Make up mix in two batches, add cocoa to one and
vanilla to the other
Place spoonfuls of mixture into greased and lined
loaf tin alternately and the swirl together with the
blade of a knife.
Bake 140*C for 45 minutes

750gm potatoes

Peel and boil potatoes until soft
Meanwhile lightly fry onions until soft, add tomatoes, beans and a little water if
necessary
Chop sausages into 4/5 pieces, add to bean and tomato mixture, adjust thickness
Mash potatoes with a little margarine and place on top of the sausages
Alternatively dice and cook potatoes, drain, place on top of the sausages and
brown in the oven
