BACKGROUND

Expo 2020 is scheduled to be a World Expo to be hosted by Dubai in the United Arab Emirates,
from 1st October 2021 – 31st March 2022. Expo 2020 will be the world’s greatest show of human
brilliance and achievement. It will see millions of people from around the world meet and celebrate
their collective humanity and is an opportunity to work towards a shared and sustainable future
under the promise of ‘connecting minds, creating the future’.

Expo will showcase innovation, inspiration, and the most brilliant talent from 192 countries in one
spectacular futuristic destination.

A global celebration, it will empower visitors to connect, collaborate, create, and be inspired. By
allowing visitors to explore the promise and potential of its subthemes – Opportunity, Mobility and
Sustainability – it will deliver lasting, positive impact for people & communities across the world.

Audiences will be engaged and entertained through immersive pavilions, cultural experiences, more
than 60 live events per day and 200-plus food and beverage options, uniting visitors in a world class
extravaganza.

Program Plan

Arrive Dubai, Quarantine process and stay overnight at the Hotel
DAY 1, 24th November 2022, Wednesday
1000-1930 Full day visit to Expo Pavilion
Day 2, 25th November 2022, Thursday
First half B2B and B2G Interactions
Second half Meeting with Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Delegation visit will include:

- All services listed above.

- Access to all open Business programs and Entertainment programs being held during the visit
duration at India Pavilion and EXPO Village.
- Help in fixing up the business meetings.
- Guided tour of other International Country Pavilions.

Important:

- Delegation members can increase their stay on pro-rata basis & keep the FICCI team informed.
- Business Class upgrade will be available at special additional cost.
- Tests related to COVID 19 are mandatory and will be paid directly by the Delegation members.
Prevalent travel regulations of UAE Authorities will be applicable.
- Double Dose Vaccination must. RTPCR report of 72 hours validity needs to be taken along while
travelling to Dubai. RTPCR will be done again at arrival in Dubai. It takes 24 hours to get the
report from UAE Authorities. Quarantine within Hotel is mandatory till report comes.
- Program is subject to change. Any changes will be informed well before time.
- Prices are applicable for a minimum delegation strength of 10 Business Delegates.
