Note : Client will provide- Master plan, Architectural Drawing, Structural Drawing, Elevation &
Beam detail (Beam Depth/Width) of said building if having with any.

Consultancy Farm will provide:

1. Approved Drawing from FSCD- 1 set

2. NOC (No Objection Certificate) from FSCD

3. Booklet -1 set (for Existing Project)

N.B #FSCD-Fire Service Civil Defiance.

Terms and Conditions:

Offer validity : 30 (Thirty) days from the date of submission.
Mode of payment : 50% advance with work order and rest at the time of hand over the approved copy.
Work completion time : One month for Submission to FSCD from the date of receiving Advance.
Work Standard : NFPA, BNBC 2006, 2020 & FSCD 2003 Laws.
