    Foot and mouth disease is an infectious viral disease that affects horses and cattle, causing vesicles or blisters in the mouth and on the hooves. Clinical signs include vesicles on the tongue and lips, lameness, fever, depression, and anorexia. It must be differentiated from other diseases that cause vesicular lesions like vesicular stomatitis or from pox viruses. Treatment is similar to that for vesicular stomatitis.

    profuse salivation-5

    tongue or the lips

    F.M.D , B.V.D , M.D , I.B.R , M.C.F , Mycotic
    stomatitis & Erosive stomatitis
    : b- from Pox-Herpes complex as
    cow pox , papular stomatitis , pseudocow pox
    Treatment
    as in the F.M.D
