(For Parade of Scientists Practice)

Ma’am / Sir:

Greetings!

As part of the celebration of the SSC Month this April 2023, with the theme: “KahuScience:
Gearing Towards a Scientific and Technology-Equipped Mind, Heart, and Soul”, we are going
to have practice of the Parade of Scientists Runway for the culminating activity of the
aforementioned event on May 5, from 8 am to 12 nn at the School Gymnasium.

With this regard, your child is to take part in the said practice on May 4, 2023 from 9am to 12nn
at the school gymnasium, bringing with him/her bottled water and snacks.

We have always been passionate in allowing our students to grow academically and be
competitive on a global setting. Rest assured that we are going to conduct this activity
responsibly.

I look forward to seeing you support the programs that we have prepared for the abovementioned
celebration.
