PCO VEHICLESLEASE AGREEMENT

1.LEASE AGREEMENT. This Lease is by and between Mr REZAUL HALIM-

22 ST AIDANS COURT BLESSING WAY BARKING IG11 0XH (hereinafter referred to as
“Lessee”) and INTERCITY HIRE LTD -215 DAGENHAM AVENUE, DAGENHAM, RM9 6LL
(hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”).

2.TERM. This lease is for a term of approximate_12_continuous weeks, beginning

08-06-2023 and ending 31-08-2023. The Lesser extends the LEASE Agreement, this Lease shall
automatically be extended for an identical period of time.

3.COMPENSATION. . In consideration for the provision of the Vehicles listed in Exhibit A, Lessee shall
be responsible to Lessor for a weekly payment amount equal to _130 effective08-06-2023 through 31-08-
2023. The lease payment during any extensions shall be prorated on a month-to- month basis if the
extension is less than twelve consecutive months.

3.USAGE. Leased Vehicle, shall be used in Private Hire System(s) to provide transportationservices to the
general public and visitors.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have entered into this Lease Agreement as of the 08-06-2023
