Level 2
The Environmental Bullseye illustrates careers that can be linked with the environment. It is based on information from the Guide to Environmental Careers in Australia, produced by the Environmental Jobs Network, in conjunction with the School of Social Science and Planning at RMIT, and funded by the Australian Government Department of the Environment and Heritage. If you are interested in any of the careers listed you will find more information online in the Guide and on the Environmental Jobs Network website: www.environmentaljobs.com.au, or the Australian Apprenticeships JobPathways website (www.aajobpathways.com.au). The four levels and usual training requirements are provided as a guide for the most common educational and/or entry requirements for these jobs. Level 3
Usually requires a level of skill equal to a Diploma or Advanced Diploma. Study is often undertaken through TAFEs or Registered Training Organisations.
Level 4
Usually requires completion of a bachelor degree or higher qualification. Study is often undertaken at university.
