3 Fungus, Mildew and Mould Liability Exclusion
4 Electro Magnetic Fields (EMF) Liability exclusion
5 Any Asbestos Liability (including claims expenses) whether incurred directly or indirectly
6. Genetically Modified Organisms
7 Expected or Intended Bodily Injury or Property Damage
8. Exclusions as per Public Liability Insurance Policy wording
9. Any loss to and/or arising out of tenants/lessee of the premises Insured

CONDITIONS/WARANTEES/EXTENSIONS APPLICABLE
1. Defence cost included within the Limit of Indemnity provided above
2. Designated Premises Endorsement Clause

1. Subject to complete details of premises to be covered is to be provided before inception of the policy

4 Subject to submission of complete, signed, stamped and dated proposal form to us before inception of
policy with us
