French Apple Pie

Ingredients:
Crust Filling Topping (optional)

3-5 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
Procedure:
Crust:
1. Measure out your butter, slice it and place butter in freezer, 5-10 minutes before using.
2. Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Use a cheese grater to grate in butter. Mix until it forms a
sandy texture.
3. Add water gradually (only use enough to moisten)
4. Gather dough with hand and form into a ball
5. Flatten onto floured surface and roll to fit the pie pan
Filling:
1. Pare and slice the apples
2. Combine white sugar, APF, and cinnamon
3. Mix apples with sugar mixture
4. Arrange in pie crust
5. Dot with butter
Topping:
1. Combine topping ingredients
2. Sprinkle over apples
3. (Or you can just use the extra dough to form a basket pattern)

BAKE IN 190C FOR 20-25 MINUTES.
