Answer all question.
1. What is the definition of Business Communication. (2 marks)

The sharing of information between people within an enterprise that is performed for the
commercial benefit of the organization. In addition, business communication can also refer to
how a company shares information to promote its product or services to potential consumers.

2. State the types of communication that can be done in our daily life. (2 marks)

There are two types of communication that can be done in our daily life which is the verbal
communication that conveying the message through the use of mouth and the non-
verbal communication that conveying the messages through facial expression or body
language.

3. List 4 (FOUR) methods of communication in our daily life. (2 marks)


- Verbal, Text, Writing, Social Messaging, Emails (accept any relevant answer)

4. List 4 (FOUR) types of any business letters that can be found at a workplace. (2 marks)

5. List 4 (FOUR) to overcome the barriers in communication. (2 marks)


 Avoid to use unclear and inappropriate words that can make people confused and
misunderstand.
 Use simple and easy words for people to understand.
 Pronounce and utter the sentences clearly and correctly.
 Be a good and patience listener when people are talking to you.
 Wait for the other person to finish their words and put their point across before you say
something ahead.
 Use only positive body language and gestures so that people would not misunderstand
your meaning in conveying messages.

6. The Process of Communication refers to transmission or passage of communication.
