    On this day the 12th of December 2021, as we celebrate “Retail Employees


    Day” as a part of Retail Employees Day celebration on 12th Dec 2021, we want
    all stores to implement below activities in presence of all associates SLP team,
    Housekeeping and Grab riders:

    1. Carry out cake cutting ceremony for Retail Employees Day.


    2. Decorate the store
    3. Distribution of refreshment boxes & thank you cards
    4. 1 Minute games, R&R, Dance / Singing Performance Solo / Group etc
    5. Red Carpet welcome of all Shift Employees
    6. Felicitation of Covid Warriors
    7. Recognition activities of Cashier of the Month and Associates who are
    100% Work Smart Certified
    8. Share Monthly Sales & EBIDTA & category incentives
    9. Thank You Tree – Place a tree at the entrance point with a bowl of ”Thank
    You” notes written inside. The notes will have pre written “Thank You”
    over it and it will have space for writing the name of the staff who the
    customer thinks has supported them in a superior customer service.
    10. Community connect – Distribution of food items nearby Orphanages,
    old age homes, shelter homes
    11. Mr. and Miss contest – 2 entries per cluster, they will be selected on
    below criteria:
    a. Has shown exemplary performance of Customer First
    Value
    b. Gone above and beyond the call of duty to support the
    store during the pandemic time
    c. Contribution towards their Dept. Sales in the last 6
    months.
    12. Appreciating Top 10 Stores that appearing in “Operational
    Excellence”.
    13. Magic Moments to be published and shared with team by 14th Dec
    14. Red colour theme on the D-Day – Encourage staff to wear Red colour
    outfit - Special Prize for Best Dress Male and Female.
    15. Inviting parents of Newly Promoted managers celebrating their
    success with parents.
    16. Family connect – We will connect family members, who all are staying
    near to store, will make some activities for them as “Millan”
    17. SM to ensure that above activities are carried out only during shift
    change-over time. This will enable all stores associates to participate
    in the celebrations this day.
    18. Create a feeling of togetherness and enthusiasm by thanking all our
    associates, SLP team, Housekeeping and Grab riders for their untiring
    efforts to service our customers.
