I. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Reason for position, according to job description)


The Operations Management Manager (OMM) is responsible for the management and evaluation of
Megaworld-Township Transport Terminal Inc. (T31) Transportation Terminal operations, which include among
others the monitoring, supervision, and mentoring of Terminal Operation Officers. The OMM is also tasked to
assess and evaluate terminal development plans from the Technical Support Group and recommend based on
the findings of the same appropriate measures to the T31 General Manager and Deputy General Manager for the
subsequent approval of the Vice President-Office of the Chief Strategy Officer. Moreover, the OMM is also tasked
with the development of transportation route plans as well as formulation of internal terminal regulations and
guidelines.

II. PERFORMANCE SUMMARY (Written by Reviewing Manager)


The leadership of Operations Manager Santos has been instrumental in enabling the T31 Team to exceed targets
related to transportation terminal operations. Leveraging his experience managing major land transportation
terminals for the national government, Santos has proven adept at quickly developing optimal solutions to
challenges faced by T31.

The Operations Manager pays close attention to meeting deadlines and commitments. He provides proactive
guidance and direction to Terminal Operations Officers to maintain and grow daily operations at T31 Terminals.

Engineer Santos' background in terminal compliance evaluation and route development also helped T31 acquire
the necessary permits from Local Governments and provisional certifications from regulatory bodies to operate
T31's transportation hubs.

Results achieved : The OMM has reviewed and recommended one (1) new terminal development and two
(2) transport hub redevelopment plans.
Comments : Engr. Santos has reviewed, recommended and coordinated with the National Government for the
requirements for the Land Transport Terminal Component of NSCR's Bagong Ilog Station in
Northwin Global City in Marilao, Bulacan. In addition, plans for improvement of ArcoVia City
Transport Hub and Festive Walk Transport Hub have also been endorsed by the OMM for approval
in relation to their Terminal Compliance to the LTFRB's Minimum Standards and Specifications.

Results achieved : The Team was able to operationalize two (2) transport hubs for Megaworld Townships.
(Maple Grove and ArcoVia City Transport Hub)

Comments : With the assistance and backing of Megaworld Corporation as well as the ongoing initiatives
involving coordination with National Government Agencies and Local Government units, T31
managed to initiate the operations of the aforementioned transportation hubs. The undertaking
required the alignment of multiple stakeholders and strategic partners, both public and private, in
order to materialize the vision of establishing these transportation hubs.

Results achieved : The Job Holder was able to introduce and implement (5) transportation and mobility
partnership projects with the several Transport Regulatory Bodies.
Comments : Some of these events include, the South and East Metro Manila Bicycle Lane
Inauguration in Alabang West, Biking Seminars in ArcoVia City, Coordination witht the
DOTr for the EV Charging Station Launch in Uptown Bonifacio, World Day of
Remembrance for Road Crash Victims Symposium in Eastwood City and Donation of
Bicycle Facilties to the DOTr and Malacanang.

Results achieved : Provided support and leadership to three (3) terminal operations officers of Township
Transport Terminal Inc.

Comments : Ever since the commencement of the duties and obligations of the three terminal
operations officers, the Job Holder has been capable of sufficiently offering assistance
and direction to his subordinates to accomplish the aims and objectives of T31's
Operations Group.
