To the Evaluator,
This general group rubric is presented to you for the assessment of the learning
outcomes indicated. The assessment and grading criteria describe the level of achievement
required for the performance.

Directions: Rate the presentation using the required learning outcomes that are described by
the following constant scores. 2 for Beginning, 4 for Developing, 6 for Proficient, and 8 for
Advanced respectively. The total score to be earned will be the sum of scores of each learning
outcome criterion as described on students’ level of performance.
8 – Advanced = The presentation shows a very creative and productive workmanship as a

4 – Developing = The presentation shows a less creative and productive workmanship as a
required output and is generally planned, chosen, organized, presented, demonstrated and
applied to meet the assessment criteria described in the level of performance.
2 – Beginning = The presentation shows workmanship that needs more improvements to meet
the assessment criteria described and require.
