Intake System Components

Pass the vacuum hose between the fuel feed 1. Air cleaner “a”: 30°

hoses. outlet tube
clamp

Clamp the HO2 sensor lead wire, rear brake 2. Intake pipe “b”: 15°
[B]:
light switch lead wire and brake hose. Put the clamp
HO2 sensor lead wire between the brake hose
and frame.

Pass the HO2 sensor lead wire into the EXCV 3. Throttle body “c”: 20°
[C]:
cable guide. assembly

Align the yellow mark with the bulge part. 4. Fuel feed hose “d”: 3 mm (0.1 in)
[D]:

Face the clamp end outside. 5. Intake pipe “e”: 5 mm (0.2 in)

Pass the radiator reservoir tank overflow hose 6. HO2 sensor 1.5 N·m (0.15

behind the fuel feed hose. kgf-m,1.0 lbf-ft)

Pass the HO2 sensor lead wire inside of the 7. ECT sensor 8.5 N·m (0.85

water hose. kgf-m, 6.5 lbf-ft)

Align the blue mark with the bulge part. 8. IAP sensor #1 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m,
[H]: :
18.0 lbf-ft)

Clamp the HO2 sensor lead wire and EXCV 9. IAP sensor #2 18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m,
[I]: :
cables behind the frame. 13.0 lbf-ft)

Pass the HO2 sensor lead wire over the ABS 10. IAT sensor 1.3 N·m (0.13
[J]: :
control unit/HU. kgf-m, 1.0 lbf-ft)
