Name of the Firm

The name of the firm came from three friends who love to drinks Milk tea while
sharing conversation and life stories. Tea Talker Milk tea is the best word to describe
them while having conversation.

Logo of the Firm


We minimalist the logo of our product and we only choose two colors black and
green. Black symbolizes power and strength and green is the color of life symbolizes
peace, nature, freshness and growth but in our own definition base on our product
green represent the tea leaf while black represent the black tapioca pearls.

Location of the Firm

The Proposed business location for the Tea Talker will be in Ground floor of
Anonas Complex. This is an excellent location to serve our target market. The Anonas
Complex is centrally located between project 3 and Metro Manila. The proponents
chose to locate the store in Anonas Complex because it will target a larger market
because of the students who studies near in the place and also the people who passes
by near in our store. Lastly, there are some companies which is near at the store so that
means the workers could also buy from our store. They can buy in our store during their
recess or vacant time.

Objective, Vision and Mission

Objective

Our objective is to put a Milk Tea shop and sell products that satisfy their
cravings and to deliver excellent and quality customer relation.

Mission

To serve nutritious tea and satisfy the customers taste in every sip, also to
provide excellent product specifically the milk tea and services that will meet the
expectation of our consumer.

Vision

To be one of the most known milk tea shop in the Philippines, also to create the
best tasting Milk tea.

1. Boil water. Once water is boiling, turn off heat then immediately put in tea leaves.
Let’s steep for 10 minutes.
2. Filter and transfer to a container.
3. Put non-diary creamer. Mix well Put some ice

1. Get a shaker. Put 3 to 5 ice cubes


2. Fill with Milk tea base until reach 300 ml.
3. Put the flavor and sugar syrup (note: sweetness depends on consumer desired.)
Mix well.
4. Get a cup, put 1 scoop of tapioca pearl and put the mixed milk tea. Cover and
serve.

BUSINESS SWOT ANALYSIS

STRENGTHS
The product will always available and fresh, Location. Quickly to find
because our business is along anonas Complex in front of Jeep station, ukay store,
Julie’s bakery shop , Market of anonas and it has always lot of people who passerby
and who buy grocery in the market.

Employee skills. The employee we hired are very alert and ager to
learn more, talented with socialization and trust worthy.

WEAKNESSES

Money might be tight. This will be costly set up and run business with
product and employee, so a lot of money will be scarce and may run out if the money is
not properly planned budget.

At first there will be one store at Anonas Complex, by limiting the


number of branch.

New staff training. Need to hire a new staff and train with the
standards operating procedure, and store policies.

SOURCE OF RAW MATERIALS

Tea Talker Milk tea is a store that buy raw materials in a market for
definite reason; to lessen the expenses, the effort and also the time. The store will also
search for a dealer that willing to give discount if the store will buy a wholesale, and the
raw materials should be in a good condition. In getting the stored materials, it is very
important to observe the First In and First Out “FIFO” products to avoid expiring and
lapses products. The store will also consider the cleanliness of internal and external of
the store to draw more customers.

General Policies

The management endeavor is to maintain transparency, optimize operational


efficiency and retain high level of credibility with creditors and government.

1. Staff and management must log in and out before and after duty.
2. Staffs should always on time. Calling for sick leave must be done 3hr before
duty.
3. Strictly implementing of unexpected absence of employee or in other words
“AWOL”.
4. For the food production, staff should follow the operating procedures.

Take order of the customer and suggest.

Repeat the order of customer, and total the amount of purchase product.

Give change if any, and assemble the order.

logo of business. The design made to attract the customers to buy and it will be familiar
the logo of the product then it will be known on others.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
CONCLUSION

As I made this business plan, therefore conclude that every business plan should
know its strategic management, planning techniques, tools and SWOOT analysis to
achieve its objective and goals for the business company’s progress in meeting the
income of the business.

The capital and budgeting is also important to know and also the financial plan of
the business in order to avoid losses. Every production plan of the business should
have a good decision making in order to pursue income benefits of the business.

RECOMMENDATION

The relevant information I would recommend in the business plan are: know your
capital if you can invest the business expenses and make a financial plan to void losses
of the business. I recommend also creating business plan before entering business
industry. There should be always strategic plan in every business you want to invest.
