ABSTRACT

• This survey study aimed to investigate the management practices followed by Google India, a leading
technology company with a strong presence in the Indian market. In this survey, we collected data and
responses from google forms. Later the process is to import all the data from the Response sheet to MS
Excel. And then we have downloaded all the from the excel sheet and imported the data into IBM SPSS
tool. This survey got many responses and reviews on. In these reviews we have concluded that some
areas for improvement were also identified, such as the need for more diversity and inclusion initiatives,
better work-life balance, and clearer career paths. The study concludes that Google India has a robust
management system that supports its mission and values
INTRODUCTION
• Google is a multinational technology company headquartered in California, USA. Google India is the Indian
arm of Google, established in the year 2004 in Bangalore. Google India has offices in major cities of India,
including Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
• The company's primary goal in India is to improve internet accessibility and make it useful for the masses.
Google India has launched various initiatives like Google Station, which provides free Wi-Fi in public places,
Google Pay, which enables digital payments, and Google Maps, which helps users navigate through the cities.
• Apart from these, Google India also focuses on supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by providing
them with tools and resources to grow their businesses. The company also runs several programs to promote
entrepreneurship and digital literacy in the country.
• Google India has also been active in corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities by supporting education,
health, and disaster relief programs in the country.
• Overall, Google India has been instrumental in making the internet more accessible and useful for Indians and
has contributed to the growth of the country's digital economy.
 Google India helps people find information easily.

 MATERIALS AND METHODS
• A survey was conducted and collected information about the opinion of people on Google India.
After getting all the people survey responses. Downloaded the SPSS tool it can be helpful to draw
the graph and mean of the response. In this SPSS tool the response has changed according to the
tool for plotting the graph. To know about the people reliability analysis and item analysis and
choose the items which we want to statistics it will the statics of the tables. After completing this,
the response in the graph for each question would have plotted a graph for the understanding the
response of the people attending the survey, finally plot the graphs.

Google India has had a significant impact on the Indian economy, technology sector, and internet
landscape. The company has helped to connect millions of Indians to the internet, providing access
to information, education, and entertainment.

It is difficult to provide a single conclusion about Google India since the company is involved in
a wide range of activities in the country, from search engine services to software
development, cloud computing, and digital advertising.

Additionally, the company has invested in building local language support for its products and
services, making them more accessible to non-English speaking Indians.

Google India has also played a key role in promoting entrepreneurship and digital innovation
in the country, through initiatives such as the Google for Startups program and the Google
Developer Groups.
