1. REFERENCE: Invitation letter from DENR RO2 regarding the conduct of

Tree Planting at Brgy. Lannig, Solana, Cagayan dated June 1, 2023.

2. MISSION/PURPOSE: To raise awareness in society about the importance

of tree planting and saving trees, express our concern for the environment, and
diminish the unfavorable effects of climate change.

3. PLACE/S COVERED: Lannig, Solana, Cagayan

4. DATE COVERED: June 5, 2023
5. PARTICIPANT/S: JO2 Michael Saguilla, JO1 Maria Mercy Rose Merina,
JO1 Vincent Telan, JO1 Jaysel Camarao, JO1 Kamill M Camacho and JO1 Angelyn T
Espinosa.
6. NARRATIVE:
a. Please be informed that OOA 05 0530H June 2023, six (6) personnel
of this unit participated in the simultaneous tree planting activity at
Barangay Lannig, Solana, Cagayan conducted by the Department of
Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office 2 in celebration of
the Philippine Environment Month and World Environment Day.
b. The said activity was participated by different government agencies.

 7. ISSUES/CONCERNS/RECOMMENDATIONS: There must be continuous
support for the Enhanced National Greening Program of the Government.

participated in the simultaneous tree planting activity at Barangay Lannig, Solana,
Cagayan conducted by the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office
Cagayan in line with the celebration of Philippine Environment Month and World
Environment Day.
