I’m not using a fitness tracker app for the majority of counting calories. I usually
just use my calculator for each day to ensure I’m meeting my desire calorie intake
for that day. I usually count calories when I’m at a deficit. These 3 days don’t have
a caloric goal.
FitnessPal is only used when I cooked.
Day 1:
Lunch:
o Yoshinoya - 850 cal
o 85 Degrees – 660 cal
Snacks
o Small Bag of Doritos – 145 cal
Dinner
o Hawaiian BBQ - 1,404 cal
TOTAL 3,059 Calories
Day 2:
Breakfast
o Banana 70g – 62 cal
Lunch
o Panda Express – 860 cal
Dinner
o Rest of Panda Food – 860 cal
o 85 Degrees Bun - 300 cal
TOTAL: 2,082 Calories
Day 3:
Breakfast
o Frozen breakfast sandwich – 340 cal
Lunch
o Sandwich
Potato Bread, 1 slice – 120 Cal
Ham, 1 slice -60cal
Cheese, 1 slice -50cal
Mayo, 6.5g – 45 cal
Dinner
o At a party
Beans and chips
Little ribs with green sauces and rice
Cake
Repeat food 2x
Drinks – 500cal
Total: 3,000 since I don’t know how much was dinner.
