Unless a standard contract or terms and conditions are
previously agreed between the parties, Valmet Inc
Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply.
A copy of Valmet Inc Standard Terms and Conditions are
available upon request.

All used bearings in the Valmet shop that were replaced
with new bearings will be discarded in 14 days after the
roll has shipped. If you would like to keep the bearings,
please notify your Valmet Customer Service Representative
and make arrangements with your preferred carrier to have
the bearings picked up and delivered to your mill.

The Parties specifically agree that the ongoing coronavirus
/Covid-19 is expected to constitute an event of Force
Majeure for the purposes of this Quotation or Contract.
In this regard the Parties note that neither Party has
possibility to foresee, prevent or calculate for any
effects that the coronavirus/Covid-19 may have on either
Party's possibilities to fulfill its obligations under the
Contract and that the coronavirus/Covid-19 is expected
(as of the date of this Quotation or Contract) to pose a
threat to the health and safety of the Parties' personnel.
Furthermore, neither Party is required nor obligated to
send their personnel to any areas reasonably expected or
known to be affected by the coronavirus/Covid-19 outbreak.
Nor will any Party be liable for any delay or extension of
delivery of equipment, parts or labour, or otherwise be
held responsible, should the coronavirus/Covid-19 outbreak
or its related effects or the resulting travel restrictions
cause or be reasonably expected to cause a Party's failure
to perform under the Contract.
