1. Face to Face Examination- Students are required to observe the following before,
during, and after the examination.
a. ATTIRE
● SHS t-shirt, long pants/ maong pants, and shoes.
(No tattered and tokong pants).
Decent attire must be strictly followed.
● Socks- black or white

b. HAIRCUT:
● Gentlemen must sport the proper haircut (gupit binata/ barber’s cut).
● Ladies must fix their hair ensuring that their hair does not cover their face.
Only a pair of a simple earring is allowed for the girls
● Dyed/Colored hair both for boys and girls is not allowed.

c. HEALTH DECLARATION FORM AND FETCHER FORM

● All students are required to fill out online the health declaration and fetcher
forms before coming to school.

d. All students are required to bring their own meals/ baon, tumbler and
materials needed for the examination (Mongol pencil #2, eraser, ballpen)
e. LOITERING:
● Students are not allowed to loiter on campus, especially during examination
periods.
● A student caught loitering on the campus will be given disciplinary measures
under minor offenses. However, if this becomes habitual or repeatedly
committed, it will be elevated as a serious offense.
f. INGRESS/EGRESS OF All STUDENTS: FRONT GATE
● All students should use the Front Gate for entry and exit

g. All students are required to line up outside their classroom and wait for the
presence of the proctor to enter the classroom.
