C. Press Advertisements in Publications (Teaser + Launch)
• Newspaper Ads
D. Digital Creatives - (4 to 6 No. designs) (Teaser + Launch)
• Facebook, WhatsApp & Instagram
• Emailer – 2 to 3 only.
5. Site Branding – Boundary and Sales Office
6. Sales Presenter
7. Leaflet/ Broadsheet
8. BTL Activation Ideas
9. SMS script
10. Radio & Video Script for Multiplex commercials & TVC
11. Merchandising & Stationeries like- Application Form, Folder, Visiting Card Letter Head,
Envelope (A4 & Cheque), Brochure Bags, T-shirt, Coasters etc.

Remuneration: Rs. 12,50,000/- +18% GST

Payment Terms:
1. 50% - Advance before starting the work.
2. 20% on sharing outdoor or soft launch creatives
3. 20% on approval of the brochure
4. 10% - after the Project Launch

Terms & Conditions:

1. Digital Creative will be provided as master creative for the Strategy. Adaptations, to be done by the
digital agency/team of the client on social media.
2. This proposal is exclusively till the launch of the project. In case the launch is extended beyond a
year, 20% extra effort fees will be added to the cost per six months.
3. Supervision on any third-party assignment like printing, films, BTL activations etc will charge Extra
@15%.
4. Image purchase / 3D Views / photography / film making / third party printing cost extra.
5. Travelling, if any, to be arranged by the client.
6. Taxes extra as applicable.
