Project Steps

1. Access the OneDrive folder to see the files to be uploaded.

a. You will see a few folders, each one has several images that need to be processed
b. Once the folder is complete, you will move that folder in the ‘complete’ folder

2. Each folder will have two of each file

a. PNG – this will be the preview and will also be included in the downloads section of the
listing
b. SVG – this will be included in the downloads section of the listing only

3. Log into the Etsy account and create a new listing. Copy an existing listing to get a head start.
4. Add the PNG to the Image Listing

5. Create the listing title

a. The title should contain these keywords: SVG, PNG, Digital, Sublimation
b. The title should ALSO contain a few keywords specific to the image. For example (using
the image above): High Quality SVG, PNG of a Woman Wearing a White Dress, 1950s
Style, Digital File, Attractive Woman, Cute
6. Create the Description
a. Don’t spend time on this – just copy and past from a past listing. They can all be the
same
7. Create the Tags
 a. You can reuse some tags between images, but make sure that at least 4-5 of them are
unique to the image
8. Upload the Files to Download
a. There will be two files, one PNG and one SVG. It should look like this

9. Publish! All other fields should be pre-set because you copied it from a previous listing.
10. Once you are done will all images in the folder, move the folder to the ‘complete’ folder.
