Digital Learning Partner Onboarding Guidelines

Objectives of the Partnership Model:

NSDC through this partnership model, aims to –


a. Bring the digital learning courses and certifications from Global OEMs to Indian Youth under
a simple umbrella platform —Skill India Digital (SID) or through NSDC Academy (as a
market-place on SID)
b. Support growing start-ups and EdTech with content in high-growth sectors and emerging
technologies thereby creating a massive library of skilling and learning content, thus providing
certification programs.
c. Create a vast library of skilling, re-skilling, and upskilling content to enable life-long learning
and improved livelihood and productivity of working professionals.
d. Promote and scale hybrid mode of training programs within the skilling ecosystem.

Type of Content:
 Self-paced
 Hybrid with online live lectures
 Hybrid with a mix of self-paced content and offline live lectures

The interested Digital Learning Partner will provide details about their organization and offerings in a
Learning Partner Onboarding APP for evaluation with a Proposal Evaluation Fee. The evaluation will
be primarily based on the quality of content.
The NSDC official (IT& Digital) will create a term sheet after first level evaluation of the prospective
partner and present learning content to the Digital Learning Content Approval Committee (DLCAC).

Basic Fee Applicable:

a. On Course Fee 30-50% of the course fee is NSDC to collect the fee from the

b. On Certification Fee (when 10% -20% of the certification share
charged separately) fee is chargeable

Enabling Support Services:

The Digital Learning Partner upon approval will be eligible to integrate their courses.

Additionally, the partner may also avail of the below-mentioned services:


a. Access to PAN- India Network of NSDC partner network through mailers.
b. Content accessibility to the verified pool of candidate database on NSDC’s Digital Learning
Platforms
c. Access to affordable financing – Skill Loans for students of NSDC Partners through NSDC-
empanelled Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)/ FIs for high-end certification courses.
d. AI-enabled recommendations for the discovery of courses, in-demand sectors, etc.
e. Access to detailed candidate learning behaviour reports.  
f. Joint Marketing & Promotion of Partner’s Capabilities through digital/ electronic media
ecosystem (Social Media Posts across all handles of NSDC, Podcast, etc.)
g. Access to use the NSDC logo for promotional activities.
h. Access to International Opportunities through NSDC International (a 100% subsidiary of
NSDC)
i. NSDC Support in B2B/B2A collaborations

Duration:

For every approved proposal, the partner shall be required to sign a legally binding contract with NSDC for
a period of 3 years, which will be subjected to annual renewal.

The Annual Renewal of the Partnership will be subject to the evaluation of:
a. Digital content, with the latest technology and concept per market demand.
b. Performance of the partner
