Traffic Fines Payment

To Pay Traffic Penalty Payments for customer,
• Log in via Agent User (https://agent.ebirr.com)
• Click On “Traffic Fines”
 Register Penalty
• First, From the two options under “Traffic
Fines”, Click on “Register Penalty”
 Register Penalty …
• Select the region where the driving license was
issued to the customer from the drop down list
• Note: This info will be found from the customer
• Select the driving license grade from the drop
down list.
• Note: Ask information from the customer
 Register Penalty …

• Enter the driving license number

 Register Penalty …

• Select “Traffic payment” from Biller category

• Select “Traffic payment” from biller Partner
 Register Penalty …
• After filling every detail, click on “Driver info”
• After clicking on the “Driver info” on the
previous page, the following page will be
displayed.
• In this page fill every detail from the penalty
ticket issued by the traffic police to the driver
• When you click “Register Penalty” on the previous
page, the following receipt (Penalty info) will be
displayed, which includes the customer “name”,
“amount” and “order number”
• Print this page and give to customer
• After registering penalty click on “Pay Penalty”
• Enter order number from the previous page
(Penalty information) and click on “Get Penalty”
• Finally, Print and give the payment receipt,
which is found on the last page, to the
customer
