Hi Alex
Thanks for your email last week, university life sounds great. I’m sorry you have
to cook for yourself (don’t forget the washing up). You really need to eat less
junk food, it’s not good for you. I’ve got some ideas for you. Always have some
orange juice in the fridge. You can drink some at breakfast, it’ll make you feel
good all day. Pasta is good food – it gives you energy and it’s easy to make. You
don’t need sauce, have it with a fresh tomato salad. Eat more yoghurt – that’s a
healthy food, too. And remember – just because it’s in a packet, doesn’t mean
it tastes good.
