Thank you for choosing PLMun your option to pursue higher education. It is our pleasure to assist you in your entrance examination. Please come as
scheduled since there is no resetting of entrance test and your failure to come would mean automatic cancelation of your application. You are
reminded of the following :
1. Physical copies of all required documents must be submitted to the designated proctor in the testing area, placed in a long brown envelope.
List of Requirements to be placed in the long brown envelope:
- Photocopy of Form 138/Report Card for Grade 12 (Incoming freshmen) (Original Copy must be presented for verification)
- Original Transcript of Records (Transfer students)
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Valid ID / Student ID (Original ID must be presented for verification)
- Photocopy of Personal Voter's ID or Parent's Voter's ID (For Muntinlupa residents only) (Original ID must be presented for verification)
- 2x2 ID Picture with White Background
2. The final admission and classification shall be determined upon passing PCAT and submission of original documents. The admission and
classification as to residency shall be changed and even invalidated if the documents sent online does not exist and/or different from the original. The
University has the right to invalidate admission or reclassify if documents, were found fictitious.

3. Student applicants must bring (2) printed copies of their Application Form on the day of their examination. NO SIGNED and CONFIRMED TEST
PERMIT, NO EXAMINATION!
4. The PLMun College Admission Test (PCAT) will be done on-site. Student Applicants must proceed to the examination room on the date and time
reflected in this examination permit.
5. Student applicants must be in the testing area thirty (30) minutes before the start of the test. Rooms will be closed ten (10) minutes prior to the
assessment. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the examination room and will automatically forfeit their application for admission.
6. Examinees are required to wear proper/decent attire during the examination. They must wear a white collared or t-shirt paired with pants and
closed footwear. The following are attires not allowed in the testing area.
a. Tube top/sando (e.g. camisole, halter-top, racer back, spaghetti-strap, T-back shirt) worn without a vest, cardigan, bolero, or blazer
b. Backless or see-through top
c. Top showing midsection while standing
d. Blouse/shirt with a low neckline
e. Cap, bonnet, or hat
f. Mini-skirt
g. Shorts, regardless of length
h. Slippers
7. Student applicants must bring their own pencil/s (Mongol No. 2).
