Steps for Calculating EVA

• We just create our activity and assign resource to the activity

• The create a baseline for the project

• After creating baseline change the price of resource (override option)

• Go to the status tab and set the labour units (completed items)

• The schedule the project based on review date

• Then change the duration in status tab

• Add the required columns
