The Dubai Commercial Court of the Plenary Circuit decided that all of the following are
prohibited from traveling:
1. Bavaguthu Raghuram Shetty
2. Suresh Kumar Vadakke Kootala
3. Prashanth Shenoy Bellkoth
And to circulate this to all state ports; And the order is revoked in the case of depositing
135,265,871.60 dirhams in the court treasury pending the case, or submitting a bank guarantee
for the aforementioned amount.
