Have you ever felt like "I'm tired of the same old routine, what other ways
can I make eggs?"
Okay here is a fancy easy example! Suitable if you're looking for something
to nibble on with friends and relatives.
​So let's picnic!

SALMON COCKTAIL EGGS

INGREDIENTS TO SERVE 1 PERSON

2 medium eggs (120 cal.)


1 tbsp light yogurt (6 cal.)
1/2 teaspoon English mustard (5 cal.)
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley -
10g smoked salmon (21 cal.)
sprigs of fresh dill -

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put the eggs into water and bring to boil. Since then, boil the eggs for 7
mins, drain and put into iced water to cool. Carefully remove the shells,
then cut in half lengthways.
2. Scoop the yolks into a bowl and mash with the yogurt, mustard and
parsley. Spoon the mixture back into the eggs.
3. Top each with a strip of salmon and snip over some fresh dill.
