Tickets

Are there any restrictions on the travel dates?

Each traveller must decide all @ights and dates of their tickets
at the time of booking. Travel period is between 29 May 2023
and 28 February 2024. The minimum stay period for the ticket
is 2 days, and the maximum stay period is 1 month.
Can I change the destination?

All tickets once booked are non-reroutable. Each customer

can only book ONE (1) round-trip ticket from Auckland to
Hong Kong, and is only applicable to @ights operated by
Cathay PaciFc. Each itinerary must originate and end in
Auckland.
Can I book for more than one person as part of this exclusive
ticket oEer?

An adult can only book one (1) Economy Class return tickets

from Auckland to Hong Kong. Bookings including a child or

infant are not eligible. If you are travelling with others, they will
need to book separately.
When purchasing my ticket, what forms of payments are
available?

You can use Credit/Debit Card, Alipay, PayPal or Union Pay.

Can Asia Miles or Status Points be earned on tickets?

Yes, tickets are eligible to earn Asia Miles and/or Status Points.

Can the Economy Class ticket be upgraded to Premium

Economy or Business Class?

Yes, upgrade of travel class is only available using Asia Miles,

and is subject to seat availability. To upgrade using miles, go to
Manage My Booking after you have purchased your ticket.

What is the baggage allowance for the ticket?

Flights booked as part of this exclusive ticket oEer is an

Economy Essential fare so a customer will have one (1) piece
of cabin baggage at max. 7kg and two (2) pieces check-in
baggage at max 23kg each.
How do I select my seat for my @ights?

The seat selection for @ights booked as part of this exclusive

ticket oEer is free of charge, customers will be able to reserve
their seat any time under Manage My Booking once
they've purchased the ticket.
Can the ticket be transferred to someone else?

All tickets are non-transferable, non-reroutable and non-

exchangeable.

I need to change my travel dates. Am I able to rebook my @ight?

Rebooking of the travel date is subject to a rebooking fee of

$495 NZD per transaction. Subject to change due to currency
@uctuation.

I missed my @ight due to unforeseen circumstances. Am I able

to rebook or get a refund?

Customers who fail to show up for their @ight will be treated as

forfeiting their tickets. Tickets are non-refundable with only
the tax and surcharges components of the ticket are
refundable and further rebooking is not allowed.
Is this exclusive ticket oEer available for purchase through travel
agents?

This exclusive ticket oEer can only be booked online through

cathaypaciFc.com and is exclusive to Cathay members. The
oEer is not compatible with bookings made through agents or
the Global Customer Centre. 
Can this exclusive oEer apply on @ights I have already booked?

No, this exclusive ticket oEer will only apply to new bookings.
