I'm writing to offer a clarification on the Ad Hoc Committee's procedure for reviewing and
endorsing applications. It has brought to my attention that there might be some
misunderstanding regarding the ad hoc committee's role in this situation.

I would like to affirm that the ad hoc committee is indeed the designated body tasked with the
crucial responsibility of screening and endorsing applications. As per our organization's
established procedures, the ad hoc committee is responsible for thoroughly reviewing and
evaluating each application received. This process involves carefully assessing the suitability of
the applicants based on predefined criteria, such as qualifications, experience, and alignment
with our organization's objectives.

The ad hoc committee, which is made up of highly experienced and competent people,
possesses the skills needed to make informed decisions about application approval. Their
pooled wisdom and careful screening procedure ensure that only the most qualified applicants
are found and recommended for further consideration.

Please be informed that the Ad Hoc Committee has not been duly constituted at the moment.
