Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 6751, (Bill No. 26-0033), Section 1, is amended by adding a new clause at the end thereof to read, provided, however, that fifty percent of such real property must be reserved for the sale to veterans of the United States Armed Services. BILL SUMMARY This bill seeks to amend Act 6751 to reserve 30 acres of real property on Water Island currently owned by the V.I. Department of Finance (Finance) that were obtained by the Government of the Virgin Islands from the Government of the United States of America, Department of Interior and transferred to Finance for sale to veterans.
