Task 1: what do you think is the best leisure activity for teenagers?

In my opinion reading book is th best leisure activity for teenager . First , books already exist on
many different forms : on a bamboo card , on a page , . But there is also a section destination for
the section that is stored and analyzed . When you read our books on keyword research , history
, addresses , . You will see more about the areas of life . Second , we do not stop at acquiring
and improving knowledge , reading books with good thoughts and feelings , helping us to
perfect all aspects . Set them to render your object , imagination and creativity . In addition ,
reading book will be used with their own language of England and abroad . So we should be
more active in reading .

Task 2:benefits/drawbacks of living in the countryside

It's the fact that that people love living in the countryside for some reason . But besides huge
advantages , there are also several drawbacks . There are a lot of positive aspects of living in the
country side . First and for most , countryside is less polluted than city . You can enjoy fresh
air , clean rivers , peaceful views , and simple life there . Besides , there will be no traffic jams
because the main vehicles are bikes , electric motorbikes or walking . Although the roads are
small , but you will rarely breathe dirty air or polluted gases . Secondly , the living cost there is
cheaper because almost food is supplied by the locals . It's estimated that the price in the city is
much higher than that of the same food in the country . Noise in the city , which never stops
even at night , is always annoying . That's the reason why country life is the most ideal option .
It's quite , silent and described like a paradise . However , living in the country has some
problems . Choosing to live there means that you have very few forms into entertainment .
There aren't any recreation parks , shopping malls or games there . Besides , if you are young ,
you will have few opportunities in the country to develop your career . People live slower than
people in the city , they have longer time and never busy . Moreover , most of the corporations
are located inside the cities , and the rate of unemployment in the country is always high .
Another problem concerns the access to the hospitals , schools , police stations and shops ,
which are usually located far from the village . And sometimes those infrastructures may be not
as good as in the cities . Last of all , there are some dangers connected with country life such as
heavy snowfall or rainfall . To sum up , I suggest that country life is suitable for elderlies rather
than young people . And sometimes having a holiday in the countryside after working hard is
not a bad idea .

Task 3: benefits/drawbacks of living in a big city

Nowadays , more and more people like to live in large cities while other people think that living
there are a nightmare for them . It is still an argument whether people should live in a big city or
not . From my points of view , I strongly believe that living in a big city has certain advantages ,
but it also has some drawbacks .
It is not denied that living in a big city brings people many benefits . One clear benefit of living
in a large city is that people will have a good living condition . Indeed , big cities have a lot of
modern facilities and public services such as health care , education , building , and especially
entertainment which helps people release stress after studying or working hard . This makes
people feel more comfortable than living in the countryside which is so boring .

However , living in a big city has several drawbacks . Firstly , a polluted environment is a major
issue of living in a large city which is created by emission from vehicles and waste from
factories. Furthermore , living in a large city is dangerous and lacks safety . In fact , the rate of
crimes in the city is getting higher and higher in recent years This makes people worried when
living there and they have to learn how to protect themselves .

In conclusion , there is no doubt that living in a big city has both benefits and drawbacks .
Personally , although living in a big city can cause some dangerous problems , I still want to
live in large cities because I have opportunities to develop and promote in my job .

Task 4: your favourite festival

In Viet Nam , there are a lot of festivals such as Mid-autumn festival , Tet , woman's day ,
children's day . But my favourite festival is Tet . Tet is one of the most important festivals in my
country . It's a big holiday in Viet Nam every year . It usually occurs to the end of January and
lasts for 3 days . Tet holiday in Vietnam usually honors and welcomes the new year with many
blessings . On Tet holiday , we will have family unions to catch up with each other . Besides ,
some families enjoy this festival by preparing traditional food such as Chung cakes , Tet cakes ,
. There are a lot of popular customs of Vietnamese people , they often visit their grandparents ,
parents , temples and friends . Before Tet holiday begins , people decorate their house , buy new
clothes and others . Especially , for children , I think they look forward to Tet holiday because
they can receive lucky money from adults as a way to give them wishes for the new year . Tet is
the most important and popular holiday and festival in Vietnam . I love Tet very much .

Task 5: Your favourite tourist attraction in Vietnam

Ninh Binh - the most beautiful place I have ever seen , is a province in Northern Vietnam . My
hometown is a small city , . So it does not have many buildings but There are some interesting
natural places such as : Tam Coc , Bich Dong , Mua cave , Trang An . besides , there are also
have many historic destinations : Bai Dinh pagoda and Hoa Lu temple , . Ninh Binh itself has
amazed landscape with layers of mountains , divided by lengthy rivers , under a clear blue sky ,
and I think Trang An is the most perfect combination of every perfection . And some specialties
such as : Steamed rice , spring rolls , mountain snails , . Once the dish has been After
processing , tourists can enjoy the delicious taste of this gift , Ninh Binh also has many other
special dishes . " I love my hometown as I love my home and I like to stay in the town streets as
I stay in the rooms of my house ." . Everyone loves his hometown or city dearly . It is like
loving the home or the place where one passes one's life . Ninh Binh may not be perfect for
everyone's eyes , but it is something very important to me .

Task 6: Advantages of reading books

Reading books brought about many benefits . Firstly , book is a huge source of information , so
reading gives us new knowledge . Books can be described as a door opening to the world and
even outside the world . For example , scientific books provide knowledge in the field of
science , novels have the information of cultures and customs in some regions . Secondly ,
reading improves your memory and concentration . While reading , we tend to stop and think of
a problem or a story in the book , which results in the ability to focus and remember the content
we read . Another advantage is that reading helps relax and release stress . When your read
something , you must be silent and calm down . our body can have a rest and we don't have
anything to worry while focus on reading a book . Some books have fun like jokes , romantic
novels or comic make you happy and release depression . Last but not least , reading books
improved your communication skill . Books provide a large number of vocabularies , and each
sentence in book is chosen carefully . The results are that you have more newer words and
grammars to use when talking , especially when you have to give a speech or presentation . In
conclusion , it's undeniable that books play a vital part of life . And if you want to gain success ,
read a lot of books .

Task 7: Some customs and traditions in Vietnam that foreign visitors should follow when
visiting Vn

There are different opinions on whether visitors should comply with local traditions , or the
locals should accept foreign lifestyles . In my opinion , the host country should welcome new
patterns of belief and culture .

On the one hand , there are several reasons why some people think tourists should adhere to the
new customs . Firstly , such adherence would enable them to integrate more easily and quickly
into the new environment . For example , if a person from the U.S. understood table manners or
learnt how to use chopsticks , he would have familiarized himself with Vietnamese tradition
after a few days . Secondly , following the customs of the new country would help in avoiding
social conflicts and , sometimes , hostility . A sense of isolation and loneliness could be the
price for those who refuse to adapt to the new environment .

On the other hand , I would argue that the host country should accept the culture of the tourists .
Culture diverges tremendously from different countries and regions , depending on their
historical backgrounds.

In conclusion , I would agree with the people that support the idea of appreciating new culture .
Nowadays , the mobile phone plays a major role in our lives , which brings many benefits of us

reference to / from internet which is useful for studying . On the other hand , the mobile phone
is also many disadvantages . First , telephone user becomes / became to addicted their mobile
phone if they are too depending on it , moreover , the ability of human communication is
limited if the mobile phone is more present in some event such as class meetings , on the bus ,
in the park.some people only focus on their phone without communicating . The use of mobile
