Mr. Deepak is an extremely talented Business Analyst goes for a Job interview in Rekha Cosmetics. Rekha
Cosmetics badly needed a business analyst. HR manager of Rekha Cosmetics rejects Mr. Deepak due to his interest
in Rock Music band ‘Devil’. Mr. Deepak goes to Paras Cosmetics for Job interview and gets selected . Paras
Cosmetics has enhanced profit by 30% and Rekha Cosmetics is devastated in to loses.
I . Find underlying problem in this case.
