SUBJECT : INITIAL EVALUATION OF PAPERS OF TEACHER I APPLICANTS AND SCHEDULE OF

DEMONSTRATION TEACHING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN THE RECRUITMENT, HIRING
AND SELECTION OF TEACHER I APPLICANTS FOR S.Y. 2023-2024.

DATE : May 31, 2023

1. : To comply with the schedule set by the Division HRMPSB on the Recruitment, Hiring and
Selection of Teacher I Applicants for school year 2023-2024, this office would like to
inform the District Screening Committee on the schedule of the initial evaluation of papers
of teacher I applicants on June 6-7, and the assessment for education, experience, eligibility
and training will be on June 8-9, 2023.
2. : The demonstration teaching (PPST-COI’s) and the assessment of non-classroom observable
indications (PPST-NCOI’s) will be on June 13-20, while the open ranking is set on June 21-23,
2023.
3. : Traveling and other incidental expenses incurred by the members of the District Screening
Committee shall be charge to school MOOE/local funds subject to the usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
4. : Attached is the schedule of demonstration teaching (PPST-COI’s) and assessment of the non-
classroom observable indicators (PPST-NCOI’s).
5. : Wide and immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
