5G Cluster Optimization

 Carried out Optimization activity for AT&T 5G-NSA cluster sites of STX Market.
 Preparing drive route for respective cluster as per customer define criteria.
 Perform LTE/5G-NSA parameter audits & Gold Standard Cleanup.
 Defining LTE-NR & NR-NR Neighbor relation for new on-air sites.

Passive inter modulation (PIM) Measurement & Testing - AT & T

 Band 17 and Band 29 will have an impact on FirstNet (E-UtraBand -14) Deployment due to PIM
 PIM Impact analysis/Site design verification: Existing sites PIM assessment on passive component like antennas,
cables, connectors, duplexers etc.
 Preparation of Interference index (PIM Index) based on No of RRC User and BH & NBH DL Throughput
and Noise sensitivity as per Market Threshold.
 Finalization of PIM affected sites for each market which will affect E-UtraBand -14 performance
which is used for AT&T band -14 Radio frequency data sheet implementation and N/W Design.
 Mitigating PIM issues for various step and monitor cells/Sites KPI for High and low PIM impacted sites for B14 and
B29.
 Collecting KPI data from Quantum for different stage likewise-Baseline, B14-B29 sectors at Full power, B14-B29

Drive Test Support & Optimization - AT & T WCS LTE - Project

 Handling Team of 25+ Drive test Support and Testing Engineers.
 Power mitigation project, worked on making parameter changes (power, tilts, OCNS load, other parameters like
sleep mode, cell status and permanent lock settings) in ALU, Ericsson and Nokia environment
 Calculating Receive Signal Level (RSL) accordance with atoll planning.
 Analyzing and post processing drive test data for Sirius-XM.

 Finding Poor coverage, Low DL/UL throughput, Coverage overshooting and sector swap scenario as per BSP and
recommending physical audit of site and optimization accordingly as per required.
