Responsibilities:

• Senior RF Optimization Engineer with 3 years of experience working for QuadGen Wireless
Solutions Inc.
• Good understanding of LTE/VOLTE Architecture, MIMO techniques,RF Parameters
• Good experience in both drive-less and drive test scenarios.
• Responsible for RF Optimization of 3G UMTS/4G LTE & VOLTE for Pre/Post -launch for AT&T
Projects USA.
• Rich experience in Customer KPI Improvement projects for special events venues,COW’s
stadiums in addition to site/cluster based RF Optimization

Pre-launch phase

• Responsible for End to End delivery for various AT&T markets(WABA,NE,NYNJ) for pre
launch tasks.
• Preparing all kinds of Work orders/Plans (LTE/UMTS) for Pre Launch
activities.
• Performing Parameter audit for Ericsson & Nokia sites using eNodeb snapshot to Identify
and fix the misconfiguration parameter before testing the carrier based on the Latest
Gold Standards
• Coordinate with the data collectors regarding site related issues during drive testing
• Process drive data on Actix and perform root cause analysis of dropped call, setup failure,
HO failure, poor coverage, low throughput along with PCI Confusion/Collision.
• Optimize the network by RF parameters RSRP, RSRQ, SINR based on drive data to meet
launch KPIs
• Analysis of drive test data to identify and troubleshoot missing neighbors, coverage
holes, pilot pollution areas, areas of no dominance, overshooting sites, parameter
inconsistency etc.
• Prepare and submit final drive package with thorough analysis and recommendations to
further improve KPIs
• Performing Passive Intermodulation tests for the B14 FNET & B29 700 DE cells.

Post-launch phase
• Access the daily Post launch KPIs through Ericsson-ENM (LTE) / Ericsson-BO

(UMTS),NetAct and Quantum to analyze site performance at eNb/cell level and further
provide and implement recommendations
• Create and submit final Close out packages for customer approval once the site is
observed to be trending with acceptable KPIs over a considerable period of time
