REQUEST TO ADD PART NUMBERS INSTEAD OF TEMPORARY EPAS NUMBERS

FOR THE ITEMS AVAILABLE AT T-606 INVENTORY AT SLAF TTS EKA.

1. It was observed that, most of the items are not having relevant part numbers in EPAS
system w.r.t T-606 Cessna 421 Aircraft inventory and CC-660 Sub inventory at SLAF TTS
Ekala.

2. The part numbers for aforesaid inventory items is unable to obtain from the EPAS system
due to following reasons.

a. Relevant part numbers for the items of the inventories are unreachable due to non-
availability of aforesaid numbers at SLAF Catalog cell as the inventory items
required to be add to SLAF Catalog cell.

b. Adding the items of the inventories to SLAF Catalog cell is not possible due to
manual references of items unable to find within the documents available with the
aircraft itself as well as internet except the hard copy of inventories.

4. The relevant part numbers are mentioned against the items in annex “A” to this letter.

5. Therefore, DGAE are kindly requested to recommend adding relevant part numbers for
the items having temporary EPAS numbers as mentioned in annexes and DGL is kindly
requested to authorize and inform the same to CO EP&AU to action same accordingly.
