Implementation:
1. The Psychological Safety Program would be implemented through conducting different activities
and projects based on the missions and objectives listed.
2. To launch the Psychological Safety Program, a four (4) hour long program would be conducted
introducing psychological safety, its importance, benefits, and role in the daily work life of the
employees and managers of the organization. They would be informed on what to expect of this
program and how it can help them and the organization.
3. In the first month of implementing the program, four (4) weekly seminars/webinars would be
conducted with each focusing on the meaning and implementation of the four missions of the
program.
4. Each week, after the seminar/webinar about the corresponding mission is done, activities that
address the objectives of the said mission would be done. For example, for the mission of showing
openness and vulnerability, each team with their managers leading them by example would conduct
open forums, where they would openly speak about their struggles, strengths, and weaknesses.
Showing their vulnerability while seeing their team member’s vulnerable side, forming a sense of
connection and trust.
5. To prevent any misconduct and to know if there are any existing work safety concerns being
experienced by employees, psychological safety assessments would be done every quarter. In

addition, a monthly survey would be done asking employees about their psychological safety and
their feedback for their overall work experience. A blind item box would also be provided where
employees can place an anonymous letter about their concern, which will be assessed and handled
by the management.
