INTRODUCTION

We gained the intended understanding through this video lecture, which was conveyed
successfully. The term such as Manifesto, argument, assumption, and counterexample are some of
the terms in terminologies we as individuals often encounter but aren't entirely familiar with. As a
result, terminologies is important because it will help you develop strong critical communication
skills, will help you understand the way to analyze and understand the argument, and will help in
our ability to develop critical responses by following the proper flow of analysis.

BODY

The first reason that terms in terminologies are important is that it will help you develop critical
communication skills. As people don't always agree on a single point of view, having strong
critical communication skills will help you convince people to accept new points of view or
change their minds. Because people don't always agree on a single point of view, having well-
crafted arguments will help you determine what is fair or true. It is employed to resolve conflicts
and ascertain the truth. Argumentative writing is a common assignment from teachers so that
students can develop their analytical thinking and critical communication skills.

The second reason is that it will help you understand the way to analyze and understand the
argument. Sometimes, starting by examining other arguments is the best way to learn how to
construct a strong argument. When you do this, you can learn the strategies another author uses,
what structures seem to work well and why, what doesn't work, and more. It helps you to identify
the argument's logical structure, which is necessary in order to assess the argument's strengths and
weaknesses and determine whether or not to accept it.

Lastly, the third reason is that it will help in our ability to develop critical response by following
the proper flow of analysis. For students to develop into critical thinkers, students must be able to
assess ideas, claims, and points of view. Students will only be capable to distinguish among
conflicting claims to be accurate and determine which arguments and points of view they can put
their faith in and those that they should be skeptical of through this critical analysis. It provides a
framework for students to make progress in proving their own claims in a rigorous systematic
way. Thus, learning to analyze and assess arguments critically helps in the development of a
sound framework to evaluate one's individual arguments and improving one's own points of view.

CONCLUSIONS

In conclusion, the video lesson enable us to not only learn the definition of an argument but it also
taught us how to analyze, distinguish and know the importance of an argument. It also teaches us
how to fully assess an argument using our own critical thinking skills. We have come to realize
that analyzing another person's argument can aid us to develop a solid framework for our own
arguments. This will help us improve our argumentative skills, which will serve as one of our
pillars as students in the General Academic Strand and in the field we someday choose to pursue.

home. It also allows them to be more productive as they can work on their own schedule, without
the need to be in a physical classroom or office. Furthermore, it allows teachers to interact with
other teachers from around the world and get feedback from them.

Second, it also allows teachers to access resources more easily. This can include educational
materials, videos, tutorials, and even virtual classrooms. This allows teachers to learn at their own
pace and gain more knowledge about their subject matter. Furthermore, virtual training can help
teachers save time and money as it eliminates the need for travel and other expenses associated
