Heparin Drip Assessment

The health care provider orders Heparin by protocol. As a bolus, you are to give
70units/kg. A continuous infusion is to be 15 units/kg/hr. The client weighs 46kg.
Pharmacy sends a vial of Heparin 10,000 units/mL to use for the bolus.
