AGREEMENT BETWEEN

ARCHITECT AND CLIENT

This agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered
into on [MAY 16, 2023], by and between
[. ], ("Client"),
and [Arch. Syed Hamad Ud Din Khalid
(PCATP# A-03431)].

SCOPE OF WORK
The Architect shall provide architectural and consultancy
services to Client for the design and planning of a
residential development (the "Project") on a land of 100
canals to be used for residential purpose only with
structures by using prefabricated & wood materials. The
Architect's services shall include, but not be limited to:
1. Detailed site analysis & evaluation
2. Conceptual, space and functional programming with
zoning of the whole site with consent to client.
3. Schematics, design development, detailed 2D drawings,
sections & elevations.
4. Detailed computer generated 3D designs of every
specific module i.e. 5-Marla, 7-Marla & 10-Marla
respectively.
5. Detailed Master plan of the whole project
6. Making Animation of the whole Project
7. Physical Model of the project
8. Detailed working on Virtual Reality (VR)
9. Preparation of Construction drawings and
specifications.
10. Preparing submission drawings for obtaining necessary
permits and approvals for different departments keeping
in view the by laws at site.
11. Cost Estimation of the whole project.
12. BOQ (on demand of client).
13. Helping out client to finalize the contractor
14. Giving details construction techniques for building
prefabricated structures.

The Architect will provide these services with

professionalism and due diligence.

CONSULTANCY OF THE WHOLE PROJECT

The consultancy of the whole project is based on per visit
at site i.e Rs.25000/ per visit at site on the demand of
client.

TIME DURATION
The Architect agrees to complete all the services in a time
frame of 6 to 8 months maximum from the date of signing
of this Agreement. However, the time-frame may be
extended if the Client gives written consent and agrees to
pay additional fees.
COMPENSATION
As compensation for the Architect's services, the Client
agrees to pay the Architect $ as wages for architectural
and consultancy work. The Client will pay the Architect [$]
within [number of days] days upon the commencement of
services.

Payments will be made in the following installments:

1. 20% of the total fee upon completion of the Site

Analysis and Evaluation.

2. 30% of the total fee upon completion of the conceptual

design & master plan of the whole Project.

3. 30% of the total fee upon completion of detailed design

development all 2D drawings, sections & elevations.

4. 20% of the total fee upon completion of the

Construction documents, physical model, animation and
while handing over all prepared final drawings for permits
and approvals

All payments made by the Client shall be in the form of

cheque or online/direct deposit to the Architect's account.
The Architect shall be entitled to suspend work if any
payment due and payable is overdue by more than (30
number) of days without insinuating the process of the
payment dispute resolving.

TERMINATION
Either the Client or the Architect may terminate this
Agreement at any time by giving the other party written
notice of termination. Upon termination, the Client will
pay the Architect for all services performed up to the date
of termination. The Architect shall not be liable for any
loss or damages resulting from such termination.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Architect acknowledges and agrees that all
information related to the Project shall be confidential
and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the
prior written permission of the Client.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between
the Client and the Architect and supersedes all prior
agreements, understandings, or negotiations, whether oral
or written.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
[state/province/country] and any disputes arising out of
this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in
accordance with the rules of the [name of the arbitrary
institution].
