TASK NAME: Cooking Stock and Sauces

OBJECTIVE/PURPOSES
To serve it
To learn how to cook Stock and Sauces

INGREDIENTS
NILAGANG MANOK SAUCE
-water -butter
-onion -flour(all purpose)
-chicken -1 beef cube
-potatoes -onion
-whole peppercorn -black pepper
-knorr cube (chicken) -garlic powder
-salt -milk
-cabbage
-pechay
MATERIALS
Ladle, etc.

PROCEDURE
Step 1: Put water in the cooking pot.
Step 2: Wait until the water boil, then
put the sliced onions.
Step 3: After a few minutes put the
chicken.
Step 4: Boil for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Put the potatoes. After a few
minutes check if the potato is already
tender.
Step 6: Put salt and whole peppercorn.
Add the knorr cube then cabbage and
pechay.
Step 7: Boil for 3-4 minutes
