27TH APRIL TO 3RD MAY ACTIVITIES

1 ST - Correct the worksheets about writing a narrative.

2 nd - Write a narrative starting with the following sentence:

I found a strange package by the door. Pay attention to: 

I found a strange package by the door. It happened yesterday

evening when I got back home from the gym. I was surprised
and felt curious about what it contained. I was also a bit scared
because I was alone and my parents were at work. First of all I
tried to carry it inside my house but it was so heavy that I
couldn’t so I had to wait for parents to help me. I wondered
what was inside it. My parents usually come back quite son in
the evening. However at that moment I thought that they
were late and I hoped that they would come soon. I wanted to
know what was inside the package. Maybe it was a present for
me. I had turned sixteen the weekend before and I had had a
party with my friends but my parents hadn’t given me a present
because they had already paid for the party. Finally my parents
arrived. As soon as they saw the package they knocked at the
door and I rushed to open it. By the look in their eyes I guessed
that they already knew. What was it? They helped me drag the
package inside and I opened it anxiously.

3 rd - Do the revision exercises worksheet. Here we are going

to revise: 

-different verbal tenses. 

-relative sentences 
-conditional sentences 
- modals
4 th – Open the reading comprehension worksheet , read the
two texts and do the activities.

5 th - Click on the link and do the listening activity:

of the listening write a short summary about what they say.

Summary

Doug invites Diane to go to see a movie with him but she

doesn’t like it. He asks her if she wants to go to a football
game. He has the tickets. She accepts but then his brother
comes and Doug finds out that he is the owner of the BMW
that crashed i his car. Doug escapes before Diane’s brother
can see him.
