Good day team, please lets adhere to the secondary blasting procedure. Let’s all train our crews on the
secondary blasting procedure.

Please take note, no person is allowed to cut a fuse when conducting secondary blasting. We are
supplied with 0.9m capped fuses so let’s use them as they are no cutting of fuses. No person is allowed
to ignite the capped fuse directly, use ignitor cord to ignite the capped fuses during secondary blasting.

Let’s ensure everyone uses ignitor cord during secondary blasting and no cutting or shortening of the
provided 0.9m fuse.

Section miner please do a refresher training to this effect and do a PTO on secondary blasting and
submit the documents tomorrow morning (25/02/2023) in the review meeting.
