Opening remarks were rendered and personnel attendance was greatly appreciated. All those present were encouraged to continue doing well by attending the
meetings and to encourage other employees to attend and also be on time and safety meetings are not for morning crews only.
 MINUTES

Minutes of the previous meeting were not available on the time of the meeting, the Mine Captain emphasised on the
importance and availing previous minutes on every meeting

MATTERS ARISING

1) 24 level station housekeeping.

 2) 26 level station housekeeping.

3) 16 level to 18 level T/way need to be addressed. grating screen worn out.

4) Issue of rain coats. Rain coats are provided once in two/three years and only when the need arises.

5) 26 level toilet is required and the fan after grizzly is not working. Foul air is flowing to the station.

CORRECTIVE ACTION

1) The Shaft Timberman responsible with the crusher and loading stations was encouraged to do an examination and then take note on the
areas and rectify.
