CAPITAL REQUIREMENT

(COST OF MATERIALS)
The researchers will sell their product Churrosto Ko To five days a week, the cost of
materials per day is 1,375.00 pesos, which is multiplied to five to get a total of 6,875.00
cost of materials every week

(OVERHEAD EXPENSES)
The daily cost of overhead expenses for individual packaging is 44.00 pesos add by
individual dippings per serving which is 271.70 pesos equal to 315.70 pesos. Since the
researchers will sell their product Churrosto Ko To 5 days a week, the total of daily
overhead expenses is multiplied to five to get a total of 2,209.90 overhead expenses a
week.

ASSUMPTIONS

(SALES)
The price of product is 21.00 pesos which will be multiplied to monthly servings and
multiplied to selling days a month of the researchers. Since the researchers will not sell
their product 5 days a week consistently because of the holidays and suspended
classes in school, the number of days and servings a month is not the same. We add
all the assumptions on sales a month to get a total of 1,031,520.00 pesos annual
assumptions on sales.

(COST OF MATERIALS)
The assumptions on the total cost of the cost of materials for a whole year is 675,400.00
pesos.

(OVERHEAD EXPENSES)
The assumptions on total cost of overhead expenses for a whole year is 21,612.80
pesos.

(ADVERTISING)
The annual assumptions on advertising expenses is 249.00 pesos.
