AN AGREEMENT TO THE CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION AND POST ADMISSION OF STUDENT (To be filled in by the applicant in his/her own handwriting.) I shall accept the decision of the Authorities of the Institute as final in respect of my admission and other affairs in the Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design. I do agree to be personally responsible for the prompt payment of all Institute and hostel dues/fees if admitted. I will not involve myself during my student ship in any anti-social or anti-Institute or political activities and in case I am found to have indulged in such activities. I will accept any punishment notified by the Authorities. I will not damage the movable or immovable property of the Institute. In case I commit breach of this condition then I will accept the decision of the Institute authorities to pay the cost of damages done by me. In case I get residential accommodation in the Institute Hostel, I understand and bind myself to the following conditions that:

I will regularly pay all hostel bills on account of telephone, electricity, gas and other amenities. In case of default in the payment of such bills I shall be liable to vacate the hostel besides paying the arrears of such bills. I will not damage the movable or immovable property of the Hostel. In case I commit breach of this condition then I will accept the decision of the Institute authorities to pay the cost of damages done by me. I will abide by all the provisions of the Hostel Rules and Regulations as and when made.
