GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Batch plant control panel, controls the whole system and is the main unit which has
two different running modes as manuel and automatic.

The controlling of the whole system is made by the control panel So keeping this
panel healty is an important point. This can be obtained by supplying a clean&stable
energy and earthing. If supplied voltage or earthing not healty, user may have problems
and may not use the system. To prevent this, user has to control the supplied voltage
stability and earthing periodically.

Pls do not setup any other softwares to the computer which is running the “Batch Plant
Control Software”. Any other sofware or viruses may harm your PC or Operating
System.

Control panel has two running modes as manuel and automatic. The operator can
choose the required one.

Control Panel Electrical Characteristic

1 AC Supplying Voltage 220 V AC

2 DC Voltage 24 V DC (-%15 , +%20) , (20.4, 28.8)
3 Max. Out(A) 5A
4 Max. In(A) 2A
5 Tempereture -20 – +60 C
6 Humidity %10 - %90

CONTROL PANEL

WARNINGS : THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

The loadcell‟s over the weighing platform, weighing indicators inside of the control
panel, PLC and the computer system is highly sensitive equipments to the current
leakages. So, user has to control the supplied voltage stability and earthing periodically.

Before a welding operation on the concrete plant‟s body, all main switches should be
shut off. The cables between the loadcells and indicators should be taken off. Chassis
cable for the welding, must be placed near the place where will be welded.

When the system energized at the first time, operator has to wait for 2-3 minutes to let
system components warm&run correctly.

The equipments which connected to the computer and PLC (printer, monitor,
weighing indicators, etc.) must be grounded same reference.

Pls do not setup any other softwares to the computer which is running the “Batch Plant
Control Software”. Any other sofware or viruses may harm your PC or Operating
System.

If any thermal switch trips, the light over the atteched motor blinks and warns the
operator. Operator panel and PC Program warns the operator too.

WORKING PAGES

10 11

The working pages help operator to follow production. On this page, some kind of
data like present weighing values, requested concrete quantity, the cycles which has done
and will be done, the mixing time, system total working time, can be seen.

START, STOP, RESET buttons at the right down side of the screen are used for
starting, stopping and resetting the operation.

1 Makes a blinking animation while the system is running. If any alarm situation
occurs or system is stopped by the Stop button, the blinking animation disappears and
helps the operator to see if the system is running or not.
2
Requested concrete quantity is entered to the field shown as “Quantity”. According to
the entered quantity, the cycle number is calculated automatically by the PLC program
and shown at the field “CYCLE”. The user can see how many cycle is operated by the
field “CYCLE MADE”.

3
Makes a blinking animation when the operation is at the first cycle and waits
command from the operator to open the mixer cover. At this situation operator must
control the truck position under the mixer and then push the SEND button. At the cycles
excepting the first one, the system will not wait any command from the operator to open
the mixer‟s cover so there will not be any blinking animation.

4 Shows the current of mixer.

5 Shows weighing values & mixer current with bigger fonts.

Can be watched how many seconds remain to the end of mixing time at
“REMAINING TIME” field.

Use left side buttons to pass the other pages.
